Monthly Wellness Plan Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to make wellness a lifestyle with Dream City Wellness Studio. Please review the terms and conditions that govern our Monthly Wellness Plans. By enrolling, you agree to the following:
Membership Eligibility & Active Status
Membership benefits are available only to active members in good standing. Membership is considered active when all scheduled payments are current and no freeze or cancellation is in effect.
Included Services
Each plan includes your choice of 60-minute or 90-minute therapeutic sessions, depending on the plan selected. Services may include massage, stretch therapy, or reflexology. One enhancement is included per month as noted in the plan. All members receive complimentary aromatherapy and their choice of wine or herbal tea with each session.
Couples Memberships
Couples Memberships are valid for two individuals residing in the same household only. Services and benefits are shared between the two listed members and cannot be transferred outside the household.
Additional Member Services
Members may schedule unlimited additional services for their personal use at exclusive discounted rates. These additional sessions must be scheduled while the membership is active.
Rollover Privileges
Unused services may roll over to the following month as long as the membership remains active. Upon cancellation, any accumulated services expire 90 days after the cancellation date and are non-refundable.
Retail Discount
Active members receive 20% off all retail product purchases. This discount does not apply to gift cards or services outside of the membership benefits.
Service Credit Transfers
Members may transfer up to three (3) service credits to another individual within a 12-month period. All transfers must be approved and documented by Dream City Wellness Studio.
Membership Freeze Options
A membership may be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months at a time.
Memberships may be frozen up to 2 times per 12-month period.
A membership must remain active (unfrozen) for at least 30 days before it can be frozen again.
A minimum of one EFT payment must be completed before a freeze is eligible.
Members may redeem accumulated services while their plan is frozen.
Payment Schedule
Membership payments are auto-drafted via EFT on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Your preferred date will be selected upon enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. To cancel, a written notice must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Accumulated services expire 90 days after cancellation if not used.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to do so will result in one prepaid service credit being used to cover the missed appointment.
